Warranty & RMA Policy
WiebeTech warrants their products to be free of significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of either five (5) years, three (3) years, two (2) years, or one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
Limited Product Warranty
WiebeTech warrants their products to be free of significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of either five (5) years, three (3) years, two (2) years, or one (1) year from the original date of purchase, as determined by the “Product Warranty Period” table below. WiebeTech’s warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
Please note: WiebeTech’s limited product warranty is not intended to allow customers to upgrade their WiebeTech products to newer versions.
Product Remedies
WiebeTech’s entire liability and the original purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty, shall be, at WiebeTech’s option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) repair or replacement of the hardware, provided that the hardware is returned to WiebeTech, with a copy of the sales receipt or applicable documentation. Any replacement hardware will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. These remedies are void if failure of the hardware has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication or modification. (This will be determined by WiebeTech).
Limitation of Liability
The warranties set forth in this agreement replace all other warranties. WiebeTech expressly disclaims all other warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement of third-party rights with respect to the documentation and hardware. No WiebeTech dealer, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. In no event will WiebeTech or its suppliers be liable for any costs of procurement of substitute products or services, lost profits, loss of information or data, computer malfunction, or any other special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising in any way out of the sale of, use of, or inability to use any WiebeTech product or service, even if WiebeTech has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall WiebeTech’s liability exceed the actual money paid for the products at issue.
WiebeTech reserves the right to make modifications and additions to this product without notice or taking on additional liability.
Return Policy
WiebeTech products are sold through many distributors and resellers throughout the world. All WiebeTech products that were not purchased directly through wiebetech.com must be returned through the seller you purchased the WiebeTech product from. If you purchased your WiebeTech product directly from wiebetech.com, please follow the instructions below. All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below:
- Products can be returned for credit for any reason at any time within 30 days of purchase
- Special Order products are not returnable
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories
- No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt
- A restocking fee may be applied equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective; or exchanged for the same or a similar item. The 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of refund or exchange.
- WiebeTech will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping. Care should be taken to ensure Items are appropriately packaged in order to protect the item.
- After the 30-day return period, WiebeTech will repair or replace a defective/non-compliant product as stipulated by law in the country in which it is purchased. Any product returned must be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (‘RMA’) authorized by WiebeTech prior to shipment.
Return Procedure
To return an item, contact Customer Support at support@wiebetech.com or 800-260-9800 ext. 4 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
Please have these items available when requesting an RMA: WiebeTech Part Number(s), and your return “Ship To” Address.
Important
Returned material must be properly packed to avoid in-transit damage. Damage to WiebeTech products due to improper packaging will not be covered by this warranty.
Product return packages must be labeled on the outside of the box as follows:

WiebeTech will apply its warranty policy and issue RMA numbers based on a review of the specific circumstances of each request.
WiebeTech will, at its sole discretion, determine if a product is valid for return to WiebeTech or if another remedy is applicable. Actual credit or refund for any item returned to WiebeTech will only be applied once the item has been received by WiebeTech and approved to adhere to WiebeTech’s Warranty and RMA policies.
RMA product(s) sent to WiebeTech must be received within 30 days of the original RMA issue date. All products on each RMA must be shipped together.
